Abstract should be sent on paper with this package OR copied to MS-Word, completed, and emailed. If mailed, the Chair would also appreciate an e-mailed copy of the title, presenters, and abstract to facilitate the camera-ready preparation of the program. Please send directly to the Program Chair within an email, not as an attachment. All attachments are subject to error as they transmit; all are scanned for viruses, which slows the process; and all will be converted to a common word processor format.
