The first name listed as a paper's author is considered to be the presenter.

One person can present only one paper, but may be a co-author or co-presenter on other papers.

If you are submitting an entire session, all names, addresses, titles, abstracts, and payments (for presenters) must are submitted with this form.

All presenters must be ESAF members for the year of the meeting where they plan to present. If already an individual member of ESAF for that year, please inform the program chair when submitting these forms.

All presenters must be pre-registered for the meeting.

A complete package must be sent to the Program Chairman:

1. Title, list of presenters with complete addresses, and abstract
2. Pre-registration payments for presenters
3. Membership payment or proof of membership payment for presenters
